"Dear Tony, I just wanted to send you a quick email with reference to our recent house move. All too often people like to complain but very rarely take the time to give feedback on positive experiences. Right from the word go your staff bent over backwards to accommodate us, our initial visit, photos, details and HIP were all processed within a couple of days, all because we had seen a house that we liked and wanted to move a.s.a.p. I think that it is safe to say that our house move not the smoothest in the history of house moves!! We had to deal with dodgy/incompetent internet solicitors and French buyers who had no idea of how our system works and an Estate Agent from hell! We soon worked out that even our solicitors were only willing to do so much, not so though for yourself and your team, time and time again you went above and beyond what we could ever have asked of you and I believe that on more than one occasion you were doing the jobs of 3 solicitors and one extremely stroppy Estate Agent and of course your own. I really believe that if it wasn't for yourself and your team's hard work and perserverance, we would not have secured our new house and we would have lost the sale on our own. Whenever I called the office, and I know it was often!!!! I was always met with friendliness and genuine concern which left me in no doubt that we were in good hands. In this day and age people say that you get what you pay for......I disagree, we got much much more than we paid for and for that I am eternally grateful to you all. Kind Regards"
